Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected at checkout.

    Delivery time: 3-7 business days
    Cost: Calculated at checkout

    Expedited Shipping
    Delivery time: 1-3 business days
    Cost: Calculated at checkout

    Priority Shipping
    Delivery time: 1-2 business days
    Cost: Calculated at checkout

    Please note that delivery times are estimates, and shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or carrier issues) are outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States. 

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to outside of the United States at this time.

Packaging

  • We take great care in packaging your scented products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products are packed securely to prevent damage during shipping.

  • In the rare case that your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at pertusetsscentsandsweets@gmail.com and provide photos of the damaged items for a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for any delays or losses that may occur due to undeliverable addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
